Alan does his work in a way that has created long term success and ensures he will stay in business until the day he retires. The things that I admire about Alan are that he helps people and always demonstrates his integrity. He often helps people over the phone and that sometimes means not making any money on a given job. While he might not be paid for everything he does, it certainly results in good will, good karma and referrals for other work.
I like that Alan helps me help him. When I tell him we need to acquire reviews online, he takes that seriously and requests feedback from his customers. Alan has done a great job of increasing his reviews on Google over the last year and the words from his customers speak volumes to how he takes care of business. Having a customer contribute to the process of marketing his business online makes us both more successful.
Alan has been in business since 1978 and is extremely experienced. His customers benefit from his experience as he can often tell them exactly what their well system problem is right over the phone. He can tell them what they can expect to pay for the proper solution and isn’t afraid to let them shop around.
